Account Support Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Account Support Associate to join our team at Kohl's in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level team member with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our accounts.

Responsibilities:- Assist with account management tasks including client communication, data entry, and administrative support- Coordinate with different departments within the company to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and issues- Prepare and generate reports for clients on a regular basis- Create and maintain client files and documentation- Participate in meetings with clients as needed to provide support and updates- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes to improve account management efficiency- Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred- Strong communication and persuasion skills- Excellent organizational and time-management skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus
