Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Owens Corning, a leading global producer of residential and commercial building materials, is seeking a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive support to the account management team, including managing client communication, coordinating meetings, and assisting with data analysis.- Assist in developing and implementing strategic account plans to meet sales targets and objectives.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.- Handle inquiries and issues from clients in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.- Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude.- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
