Account Support Associate

Job Description:Western Digital is seeking a motivated and passionate Account Support Associate to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing support to our account management team, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:- Assist account managers with client communications, including email correspondence and phone calls- Maintain accurate records of account activity and update customer information in the database- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving account management processes- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships- Provide ad-hoc support to account managers as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field- 4 years of experience in account management or customer support- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Persuasion and strategic planning skills- Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
