Account Support Assistant - Work From Home

USAA is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as an Account Support Assistant. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Houston, Texas.

As an Account Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing assistance to account managers, processing customer requests, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for assisting with account reconciliations, preparing reports, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent planning and communication skills. You should be able to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

In terms of requirements, we are looking for a candidate with zero years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, eager to grow and develop within the role. Previous experience in customer service or accounting is a plus.
