As an Account Specialist II on the Unclaimed Property team your main responsibility is to serve as the centralized reporting utility for unclaimed or abandoned property & assets across the firm and is responsible to report and remit eligible property & assets to 54 states/territories and Canada. Job responsibilities Navigate multiple technologies Demonstrate resiliency and extreme adaptability in a fast-paced environment Possess strong customer focus Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely Demonstrate personal excellence including punctuality, integrity, and accountability Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome Make appropriate decisions on behalf of our customers quickly and effectively Prioritize work effectively to ensure efficiency Abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures Able to work independently and in a team environment Exercise independent judgement and critical thinking Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills High School diploma/GED Minimum of one year of customer interaction or customer support experience either by phone or face-to-face Proficient with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and maneuvering in a Windows-based environment Experience with Microsoft office applications - specifically Excel Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
