Read more:careers.bms.com/working-with-us .Summary:The Account Specialist, Apheresis Operations is responsible for managing onboarding and on-going performance of Apheresis Centers used for Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) Clinical and Commercial Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapies in their assigned territory. Proficiency in French and English languages is required.Responsibilities:Work with internal customers (Clinical and Commercial) to ensure apheresis accounts are on-boarded in alignment with the clinical site/commercial account plans Communicate collection site on-boarding status to Clinical and Commercial teams and develop and execute mitigation plans for delayed timelinesPerform technical site assessments and train collection center staff on BMS collection requirements Provide Quality Systems support by participating in deviation activities and impact/investigation assessments for cell collection centers Collect and enter data into electronic data management systems Work with Quality Assurance and other internal business partners to monitor and assess vendor performance and capacity after site launch. Comply with applicable SOP's and regulationsCoverage for all territories in Apheresis Operations network, as requiredThis job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the person assigned to this position. Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management.Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:Proficiency in French and English languages is requiredKnowledge of Regulatory requirements in the U.S.A. and CanadaKnowledge of Apheresis basicsCustomer service excellenceAbility to use a Computer, Phone, and other Electronic DevicesEducation/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:Required Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering(Registered Nurse, Biomedical Engineer)3+ years' experience in regulated environment (hospital, blood center,pharma/biotech preferred)Qualifications:Undergraduate Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering (Registered Nurse, Biomedical Engineer) is requiredApheresis Nursing and/or CAR T/Stem Cell Transplant Nursing experience perferredMinimum 3+ years' experience in regulated environment (hospital, blood center, pharma/biotech preferred)Knowledge of country specific Regulatory requirementsTravel:This position requires up to 50% of travel. Overnight and International travel may be required. You must have, or be able to attain, a current passportThe starting compensation for this job is a range from $60,000 - $76,000plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
