Account Services Representative

Account Services Representative Temp to Hire $18-$20 per hour DOE M-F 8-5 (onsite) Become a valuable part of this dynamic aerospace firm's sales and marketing team! General Overview In this position, you will be the daily point of communication between the customer and the company's manufacturing and production processes.
Primary Responsibilities -Sales and Marketing support - customer requests and scheduling duties
-Request for Quotation (RFQ) management - communication conduit between the customer engineering for clarification
-Quote Generation - enter information into system and send electronically to the customer
-Quote Tracking - update in the system and follow up with customer
-Sales Order Generation - process customer purchase orders and reconcile the purchase order to the quote
-Customer Support - you will be the first point of contact for the customer and the field
-Marketing Support - you may help at tradeshows, etc. 
Required Experience -3-5 years experience dealing directly with customers
-Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Ability to learn MRP/ERP software
