Responsibilities
• Maintaining accurate knowledge of security procedures and internal controls.• Providing general credit union loan information.• Interviewing, taking applications, and disbursing credit union loans.• Helping members anticipate and resolve potential problems.• Promoting additional Loan Services.• Opening new accounts for members.• Performing other assigned duties.
Requirements
• Two years of previous lending and/or financial institution experience preferred.• Knowledge of loan policy and procedures.• Loan interviewing skills and techniques.• Punctuality, flexibility, organizational skills, and a cooperative attitude.• Bilingual candidates preferred.
