Remote Account Representative ISupport small business owners with 401(k) plan administrationHandle inbound client calls and assist clients with plan-related issues

Responsibilities
• Manage a queue of cases and respond within a defined time frame• Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) Plans• Ability to complete tasks independently and collaborate with team• Advise clients on internal processes and assist with navigating systems• Obtain and analyze documents submitted by clients for accuracy• Assist with advanced retirement plan topics and department projects• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Adaptability to process and organizational changes• Ability to have difficult conversations with clients professionally• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem solving• Customer service, organization, and collaboration skills• Ability to work overtime and in an autonomous environment• Create an inclusive workplace and empower all employees
