Responsibilities
• Manage a queue of cases and respond within a defined time frame• Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) Plans• Complete tasks independently while collaborating with team• Advise clients and assist with navigating multiple systems• Review and analyze client documents for accuracy• Assist with advanced retirement plan topics as needed• Contribute to department and team projects• Perform other required duties
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and regulations preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Adaptability to process and organizational changes• Ability to have difficult conversations with clients professionally• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach• Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration• Ability to work overtime and limited Paid Time Off• Ability to work autonomously and create an inclusive workplace• Must pass a background check• Must meet work from home requirements
