Responsibilities
• Manage a queue of cases and respond within a defined time frame• Develop a basic understanding of retirement plans, specifically 401(k) Plans• Complete tasks independently and collaborate within team and department• Advise clients and assist with navigating multiple systems• Obtain and analyze documents for accuracy• Assist clients and team members on advanced retirement plan topics• Contribute to department and team projects• Perform other duties as required
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure, ROBS, and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Able to adapt easily to process and organizational changes• Ability to have difficult conversations with clients while maintaining professional demeanor• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving• Skills in customer service, organization, and collaboration• Ability to work overtime with increased requirements leading up to set deadline period• Ability to work in an autonomous environment and create an inclusive workplace• Must pass a background check• Must meet work from home requirements
