Account Receivable Specialist

Account Receivable Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Fort Washington, PA : The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the receipt and accounting of funds being paid to the organization, as well as assisting the AR Supervisor and Accounting Manager as needed. This position requires work in office minimum two days per week. Responsibilities:
Entering daily deposit efficiently Issuing customer refunds Credit card processing Credit card reconciliation ACH reconciliation Customer account disputes Calling customers to follow up on discrepancies in payment Filing and maintaining records as needed High school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts receivable role Strong data entry skills Strong in Excel or other spreadsheet software Efficiency Attention to Detail Strong Analytical Skills Strong Communication Skills Strong mathematical skills
