Position Summary:
We are seeking an Account Manager for Digital Accounts to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the seamless delivery of our Retail Cloud solutions to our valued clients. You'll engage directly with media or retail clients, providing support for existing digital programs while also spearheading the implementation of newly acquired opportunities.
As an Account Manager, you'll thrive on collaboration, working closely with both internal teams and clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and optimize processes. Your proactive approach and problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate various projects and initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Project Management (50%)
Develop and execute operational plans to enhance client experience and facilitate business growth.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, fostering strong collaborative relationships through proactive communication.
Ensure successful implementation and execution of programs, campaigns, and projects with meticulous attention to detail.
Track program statuses and timelines, ensuring adherence to schedules and anticipating future needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize processes and enhance customer experiences.
Strategic Development (30%)
Deepen understanding of clients' businesses, including merchandising plans and digital engagement strategies.
Stay abreast of industry developments and digital trends to inform strategic recommendations and enhance client satisfaction.
Support the development and execution of promotional programs aligned with client objectives.
Coordinate the creation of compelling client-ready assets to drive stakeholder engagement and alignment.
Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients and internal teams to foster collaboration and support.
Analytics (10%)
Develop and manage program ROI in coordination with retail clients.
Establish metrics to evaluate program success and track campaign performance.
Share insights with internal stakeholders to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Technical (10%)
Serve as a liaison with internal teams to address client's technical challenges.
Utilize technology and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes.
Assist in developing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
5-7 years of experience in Retail and/or CPG industry, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
Knowledge of digital promotions preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
