Competitive Pay Health and Welfare Programs Including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement and Income Protection Programs, including a 401k plan Work/Life Balance Including PTO, Holidays and Remote work opportunities Career Advancement Opportunities What you will be doing: Overseeing associate and/or processing transactions with regards to processing all additions/terminations/changes in a timely fashion Ensuring Senior Account Managers, and/or Director of Group Benefits satisfaction Overseeing associate and/or processing transactions regarding COBRA as requested and required by law using the various COBRA vendors Handling all fully insured customer requests and questions in a timely fashion, to the customer's satisfaction Promoting ongoing client loyalty Having knowledge of IRS qualified legal life events, regulation, and processing time Knowing census data and how to create a marketing census Having knowledge of Zywave Overseeing Associate Responsible for Auditing all applicable client invoices Overseeing Associate Responsible for Auditing all open enrollment carrier invoices and transactions Overseeing Associate Responsible for updating Drive with carrier contracts, certificates, and billing Overseeing Associate Responsible for Weekly Employee Navigator reporting and applicable transactions Overseeing Associate Responsible for keeping client carrier and contact information updated Overseeing Associate with Monthly Newsletter Articles Preparing RFP Handling Fully Insured Renewals and renewal spreadsheets Retaining, in conjunction with the Group Benefits Producer, all assigned accounts, according to standards and procedures Setting up new business by processing applications, preparing necessary forms, scheduling all medical exams if necessary and creating customer file Following up with carrier for policy issuance and with client for policy delivery receipt requirements Experience you will need: Property Casualty License Knowledge of Group Benefit Products Minimum of five (5) years of insurance experience Computer experience Ability to process high volume of transactions accurately in a customer service environment Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
