Jarvis Walker is in search of high-achieving, high-character candidates with prior experience in executive search or agency recruiting interested in the many benefits of working at a 50-year-old boutique IT search firm.
With 50 years in business and an average Associate tenure exceeding 10 years, we benefit from time-tested relationships with loyal candidates and well-established clients.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Build long-term relationships with information technology professionals, acting as a trusted career counselor on a variety of important issues (job openings, hiring trends, career progression, resume writing, etc..)
Build close partnerships with corporate clients crafting strategies to attract top talent to their organizations.
Develop business opportunities with new clients leveraging the reputation and resources of a 50-year executive search firm.
Manage the interview process for candidates and clients alike from interview to offer stage.
Recruit and assess potential candidates connecting career-focuses professionals with great opportunities.
Conduct in-person, video, and phone meetings with corporate clients and candidates.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
1 - 5 years of executive search or agency recruiting experience
Alternatively, 1 - 5 years of IT experience and an entrepreneurial fire; or 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
A passion for excellence
Great interpersonal and communications skills
Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt to competing and rapidly changing priorities
A Bachelor's Degree – Previous experience in IT, HR, or Sales
