Account Manager

Job summary
Account Managers are responsible for being the first point of contact for our potential clients through our online portal.In this position, you will consult with first-time business owners in offering custom solutions on getting their business launched and ready to grow!Salary: $20.00 an hour Base + Bonuses + Commissions (Top Consultants earn between $50,000 & $70,000 annually)

Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential clients that have inquired about our products and services through our online portal• Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to identify customer's needs when qualifying them• Demonstrate an aptitude for sales and business startup consultation to increase customer satisfaction• Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with potential customers while following our proven revenue producing scripting• Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact
Requirements
• Excellent Phone Communication Skills and computer skills• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Products• At least one year in a sales role where you are 'closing the sale'• Ability to read and speak to a script• A Passion for Helping Others• Professional Appearance and Demeanor
