Mission: You'll be the primary point of contact for our valued commercial clients in the Fort Worth area, ensuring their properties are impeccably maintained. You'll lead a dedicated team, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in delivering exceptional landscape services.
Responsibilities: Client Success: Build strong rapport with clients (primarily HOA, commercial, and retail properties), proactively addressing their needs and exceeding expectations on service delivery. Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistent quality and identify opportunities for enhancements. Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of landscape professionals. Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Quality Control: Perform detailed site assessments, identify potential issues, and collaborate with the team to implement prompt and effective solutions that guarantee client satisfaction. Enhancement Sales: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to generate additional revenue streams by offering enhancement services to clients. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, reports, and client communications using industry-standard software (e.g., Aspire). Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years in account management or landscape operations within a commercial setting. Passion for Customer Service: Client-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team to achieve their full potential. Communication Excellence: Superb written and verbal communication skills. Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn new skills and embrace additional responsibilities.
