City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) for their Pennsylvania location.The FSM is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client contracted service area.This is an outside, B2B account management position with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention, expansion, and diversification.• Formulate and manage an effective service strategy tailored to each client.• Negotiate and enter into agreements with clients for additional services.• Manage relationships with contractors, including hiring, pricing negotiation, and compliance verification.• Ensure excellence in quality and client satisfaction through quality control inspections and follow-through.• Supervise and direct night managers to execute client strategies and perform services correctly.• Promote and procure supplies for clients.• Communicate client issues with contractors and the Director of Operations.• Use City Wide's CRM for client inspections and scheduling.• Maintain accurate records and data for each client.
Requirements
• 2+ years of outside B2B account management experience.• Track record of success in client retention.• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.• Positive and outgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM database.• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
