Responsibilities
• Manage a book of business to meet and exceed revenue & retention goals• Provide insights & recommendations to clients on how to grow their business• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive value for shared clients• Increase client proficiency & usage of the Weedmaps platform• Conduct business reviews, sales presentations, and product demonstrations• Maintain client data hygiene and communicate billing updates• Relay client feedback to improve products and processes• Drive revenue through identifying opportunities & optimizations• Minimize churn and drive billing collection efforts
Requirements
• BS / BA Degree or equivalent experience• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital sales or account management• Proven track record of hitting goals and revenue targets• Data-oriented, analytical sales approach• Customer-centric with strong relationship building skills• Confidence in presenting and influencing clients• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment• Strong planning and organizational skills• Experience in the cannabis industry (bonus point)
