Account Manager - Entry Level

Blue Horizons Development is a nonprofit fundraising firm located in the Indianapolis area dedicated to driving positive change through impactful fundraising initiatives. We work closely with local organizations to support their causes and make a difference in the lives of others.
Opportunity: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our client management team as an Entry Level Account Manager. If you're ready to dive into the world of event management and nonprofit fundraising, this is the perfect opportunity for you! You'll have the chance to assist in the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and strategies, support account management and event logistics, and ensure exceptional client representation at local community events.
Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns and strategies. Support account management and event logistics for both new and existing clients. Ensure exceptional client representation at local community events. Drive donations, community awareness, and donor loyalty through fundraising activities. Participate in daily meetings at our office to stay informed about client knowledge and updates. Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed. Qualifications & Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion for hands-on work within the local community. Excellent customer service and organizational/time management skills. Comfortable collaborating as part of a team and independently. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous. #LI-onsite
