Responsibilities
• Fulfillment activities, interacting with customers, and coordinating service delivery• Sending determinations to customers and employees• Generating customer specific reports and scheduling services for client agencies• Ensure Quality Assurance on medical records and perform case processing• Provide administrative and clerical support for case review processing• Coordinate customer services and assist in implementing new case review business• Investigate billing discrepancies and review Private Provider Network invoices• Adhere to telework policy, maintain IT proficiency, and handle customer complaints• Generate customer specific reports and monitor tracking metrics• Assign tasks, delegate work, and effectively communicate with staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Related field• 1 year of experience performing administrative duties in a health care program• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint• Typing speed: 40 wpm• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills
