Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required. Telecommunications industry experience preferred. Experience with project management with a focus on data integrity and process improvement preferred. Experience interpreting legal documents including real estate leases and contracts preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results. Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fastpaced environment. Account Leasing Clerk duties:
Provide to Managers and Account Project Managers support with various tasks including collocation project setup and tracking application reapprovals document creation and retrieval notices to proceed rights of first refusal engineering load lists postinstallation audits asset integrity calculations and processing purchase orders. Create and submit applications into the Online Application system by reviewing and understanding the customers proposed tower and ground equipment configuration. Assemble and deliver/upload customer documents including PO requests lease packages and other project level deliverables. Coordinate document and data uploads into internal and external systems.
