Account Executive - Personal Care Products

Position Overview: The Account Executive will be responsible for executing the company's sales strategy and managing a team of sales professionals. They will focus on driving sales growth through customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing relationships with existing customers and providing a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue. Manage a team of sales professionals and provide direction and guidance to ensure strategic objectives are met. Maintain relationships with existing customers and build relationships with new customers. Identify potential leads and prospects through market research. Meet or exceed sales targets. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of products. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role. Strong track record in outside sales and lead generation. Knowledge of lead gen software and sales cycle. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships with customers and management. Knowledge of the beauty and personal care products industry. Knowledge of consumer goods and care products.
