Responsibilities
• Deliver on target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month• Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned market plan accounts• Develop, own, and grow book of accounts to increase referral volume• Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations• Educate families on their care options• Work with partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors• Pilot new initiatives and provide feedback• Build account plan each week• Scheduled presentations at accounts, calls, and impromptu drop-ins• Meet with case managers, discharge planners, doctors, and patients
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferred• Three or more years of outside sales experience• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas• Experience in presenting to target customers and overcoming objections• Thrives in a fast-paced, change infused, independent environment• Hungry to learn and improve with a strong competitive approach• Ability to travel locally in your territory (5 days a week)• Strong communication skills• Effective time management skills• Healthcare/hospital sales experience Highly preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
