About The Position
We're Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.
We are looking for
Account Executive - English/Spanish bilingual
with Real Estate Expertise who are passionate about sales, success, and disrupting the Real Estate industry. As an Account Executive at Agora, you will identify and close new opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts and new strategic prospects. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of the deal across our entire product line and present the value of our solutions to small-medium businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.
What are we looking for
Manage full sales cycle, including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals, negotiations, and account management
Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and deals
Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the real estate SMB market, including weekly prospecting activities to build pipelines
Meet and exceed individual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
Manage your sales pipeline effectively in Hubspot
Continually contribute to the development of the sales team, including but not limited to documentation, processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
Provide sales support both during calls and behind the scenes by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and R&D
Communicate with the Product Team about customers' technical needs and requirements
Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements
Significant experience in real estate or as brokerage-a strong understanding of real estate sales is a must
1-3 year's of experience managing the full sales cycle selling SaaS to small and medium businesses and large organizations.
Hands-on approach to building pipelines from scratch- including cold calling, email sequence
Experience in cross-selling - offering multiple products to both existing and potential customers
Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills
Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person
Nice to have:
Experience hunting in financial market
Experience working with Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, Linkdin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo
Additional languages – advantage
