Provides quality and timely service to assigned Full Benefits Consulting (FBC) clientsRequires attainment of Life & Health insurance license for each of the statesAssist with strategic planning, annual review, and renewal process

Responsibilities
• Provide face to face and virtual customer service to FBC clients• Assist with strategic planning, annual review, and renewal process• Attend and support employee meetings and open enrollment• Implement and maintain FBC service model• Attend and lead insurance committee meetings• Assist in implementing Benefit Administration Systems or NIS Enroll• Implement and support benefit enhancements or other solutions• Provide customer service to all lines of business for FBC groups• Perform annual Best Practices calls for life and LTD• Assist Inside Service Rep (ISR) on escalated member claim issues• Field policy related questions from group/employees• Renewal Group Set-Up• Document Creation/Assistance• Document material client/prospect interactions in CRM• In certain instances, servicing of Life and Disability performed by Account Rep
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the group insurance industry• Three years' experience in a customer service environment• Experience in servicing group medical insurance plans• Ability to travel 50% of the time and accommodate overnight stays• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record• Excellent organizational skills• Ability to read and understand insurance contract language• Analytical ability to identify and solve problems• High level of interpersonal skills, poise, tact, and diplomacy• Knowledge of various software applications• Continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks• Ability to work independently and within a team environment• Consistent daily attendance and occasional overtime availability
