Full job description Position: Account Executive in Consulting Company

Key Qualifications: Language Skills: Proficiency in Polish is required. Candidates who additionally speak, write, and read Russian and Ukrainian will be at a significant advantage.

Experience: Prior office and logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory. We value talent and drive as much as experience. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
Communication Skills: Excellent conversational skills and proficiency in telephone communication are essential. The ability to engage clients effectively, both in-person and over the phone, is crucial.
Writing Skills: Strong writing skills are essential. Candidates must be able to compose clear, concise, and professional correspondence and documents.
Computer and Office Software Proficiency: Comfort with using a computer and keyboard is essential. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required.
Personality: Looking for someone outgoing, eager to learn, and proactive in assisting clients, capable of fostering positive relationships.
Job Responsibilities: · Providing high-quality customer service both on the phone and in person.
· Organize and schedule drug tests for clients.
· Issuance of state required permits
· Manage quarterly tax required filings.
· Sending emails on a daily basis to facilitate communication and operations.
· Creating invoices and processing payments using QuickBooks.
· Performing general office tasks such as scanning and printing documents, among other responsibilities to support daily office operations.
