Responsibilities
• Overall growth and development of assigned accounts• Lead brand strategy and creative development• Define marketing plans, campaigns, and budgets• Initiate and expedite agency work• Utilize market research to evaluate and redirect campaigns• Develop and implement client organic growth plans• Maximize customer satisfaction and engagement• Stay informed about clients' key issues and industry trends• Conduct presentations and develop well-positioned documents• Contribute to departmental meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or business• 6+ years of account management experience at an advertising agency• 3+ years of management experience• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing disciplines• Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
