Account Development Representative

to join our fast-growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies and tactics specific to increasing sales revenues and market share of products and services in the Novaspect Valve Solutions portfolio.
Account Development Representative Essential Responsibilities:
Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision makers.
Identify, develop, nurture, and follow through on leads generated from marketing campaigns and web traffic, and document in Salesforce.
Follow-up on quotes generated through the quoting team, and document follow-up Activity in Salesforce.
Build rapport with prospects by offering resources and develop understanding where the prospect is in the buying process.
Qualify leads that will turn into business through persistence and follow through.
Ownership of new and/or uncommitted accounts to grow or hand off to Sales Representatives when appropriate.
Establish, communicate, and document clear understanding of customer's current business conditions, locations of manufacturing, buying processes, competition, suppliers, and organizational structure.
Achieve stated business goals for the year.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements
Account Development Representative Education and Experience Requirements:
Experience in mechanical process automation or similar industry sales preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, in technical field a plus.
Leadership skills or experience
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written skills and experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM experience a plus.
Account Development Representative Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 30lbs (i.e., Workstation Monitors and Laptop Computers).
Ability to work extended hours on a computer.
Ability to work in a loud industrial environment if needed.
Account Development Representative Pay:
Compensation Potential: $65,000-95,000; includes base salary and bonus.
Bonus potential: 15%
