Account Coordinator / Customer Service Representative We are seeking an Account Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.

Responsibilities: Provide information about the benefit products and insurance services
Troubleshoot and resolve event issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries 
Relationship building with new and existing clients
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
