Worksite Location: Salem, OR What you'll do as the Account Associate: Administer and help manage day-to-day clients' comprehensive employee benefits programs Coordinate and delegate workflow with administrative team Attend compliance and carrier trainings and keep abreast of industry changes Coordinate client deliverables with other departments to ensure 100% stakeholder satisfaction Update and maintain internal systems and processes in accordance with current standards and timelines Engage in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable agency management systems What you'll bring to the Account Associate role: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1+ years of related work experience in employee benefits or group insurance Strong verbal and written communication skills  Strong customer service skills Proven ability to manage multiple, significant projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office products Flexibility to travel for business and work additional hours when needed Take the first step on your new career path!
