Acas Engineer

DNI is providing Manpower and IT Support for the Navy Joint Strike Fighter Program in Arlington, VA (Crystal City). We are currently interviewing for an ACAS Engineer to support this initiative in an enterprise-level work environment.
Installation, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting, and administration of the ACAS/Nessus Vulnerability Scanner application. Analyze and assist in the application of (STIGs) and (IAVAs). Ensure scheduled scans are covering 100% of intended assets and are being run successfully. Ensure ACAS Security Center is being updated regularly; address unsuccessful updates of the SC and identify the root cause of the unsuccessful update. Understanding of Linux/Unix Operating Systems. Must have experience with reviewing scan data Keep management appropriately informed of progress and issues and be able to provide solutions. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of the life cycle of cybersecurity threats, attacks, attack vectors and methods of exploitation with an understanding of intrusion set tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). Participate in periodic reviews of Information Systems supporting compliance with authorization packages. Upload all scans into the Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) and provide weekly reporting on compliance status. 2+ Years of Experience with ACAS and HBSS Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Motivated self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to create complex technical reports on analytic findings. Cyber Security Workforce level IAT I/II Security+ CE, CEH DISA ACAS Certification (Preferred) Experience implementing STIGs DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
