Academy Of Home Education Clerk

POSITION SUMMARY: The AHE Clerk will be responsible for the execution of homeschool record keeping responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, report card and transcript generation, course scheduling and counsel, coordination of achievement test results and respective letters of acceptance, and the effective communication of AHE educational goals and philosophy to parents.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Printing, processing, and generating faxesAnswering and directing phone calls and messagesAssessing and directing parent requestsGenerating TranscriptsCoordinating and processing Standard Test ResultsCoordinating Grades/Report CardsComposing clear and constructive email correspondenceProcessing late fee paymentsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:  Communication skillsOperating complex office equipment (scanning, copying, enlarging, shrinking, collating)Good typing skills (including manual typewriter on occasion)Education-orientated; Have a good grasp of the philosophy of Christian educationFamiliarity with homeschooling helpfulMicrosoft Office#LI-Onsite
