The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) and a proven track record in Accounts Receivables and Payables. As the Bookkeeper, you will be tasked with various tasks, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and financial systems. Must have working knowledge of P&L's, budgeting and QuickBooks.ResponsibilitiesQuickBooks Expertise: Manage all financial transactions using QuickBooks Online, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Maintain multiple accounts with efficiency and maintain 100% accuracy for all reporting and reconciliations.Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and expense tracking for management including P&L reporting with management. Must be able to discuss each line item proficiently.Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting processReconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each monthMonitor financial transactions and reportsProcess accounts receivable and payableProcess checksUnderstand ledgersWork with an accountant when necessaryHandle monthly payroll using Netchex and QuickbooksQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience using QB or Quickbooks online.Must have experience as a Bookkeeper or a similar role.Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to take direction and adapt corrections quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Knowledge of HRIS and other accounting and body shop computer programs preferred, will train.WORKING ENVIRONMENTThis position is primarily executed on-site at two ABRA Auto Body shops located at 311 Dishman Mica Road and 202 E Foothills Drive.
