Job Description Reporting to the Production Manager of Nightlife, the A/V Stage Technician may be required to:
Complete audio, video, lighting and camera setups and strikes for nightlife venues. Operate audio, video, lighting and camera systems during club or private event operations. Assist Production Manager with maintaining inventory and preparing necessary equipment for different stage or venue designs. Identify, diagnose and/or repair faulty equipment. Assist the Nightlife Marketing team with décor setup and strikes as necessary. Encourage teamwork and aid in building cross-department relationships. Work with safety as a priority and follow department and company safety standards. Ensures that all Wynn Resorts core values, property, and department standards are implemented and applied. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Job Experience / Education
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years' experience in large scale entertainment or live events setting. Required current OSHA 10 General Industry Safety card. Must have scissor lift certification or is able to obtain. DJ equipment experience a plus Lighting console operation & programming a plus Digital audio console experience a plus. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work under pressure as well as manage logistics. Willing to define, practice and conform to safe working procedures. Knowledge of OSHA health and safety protocols is required. Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours. Models a professional and polished appearance as required by company guidelines. Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner. Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.  Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
