Responsibilities
• Inspect aircraft windows and assess defects for airworthiness• Repair scratches, pits, and other window damage• Remove and install replacement windshields and windows• Prepare and install new windows• Respond to customer requests for emergency AOG services• Restore damaged areas using an orbital sander• Manage purchase orders and coordinate service schedules• Complete billing information and evaluation forms• Provide airworthiness documents to customers• Travel to customer locations and compile expense reports
Requirements
• High School Diploma/GED• Preferred sales experience and orbital sanding experience• Auto body and previous aircraft experience preferred• A&P license or AMT certificate preferred• Proficiency in using measuring devices and interpreting blueprints
