DATTCO has an opening for a Bus Cleaner at our New Britain, CT location. This is a third shift position from 9 PM to 5:30 AM and includes weekends and holidays.
Compensation starting at $18.00/hour.

Inspect and clean all luggage storage bays, overhead passenger storage areas, windows, and floorsEmpty trash receptacles and trash from interior of vehicleBrush and vacuum as neededSanitize floors and fixturesClean exterior of vehicleFuels buses as neededUnderstand OSHA safety rules and promotes a safe work environmentAbility to move and park different types of busesMinimum Requirements:
Valid CT driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent18+ years oldMust be able to pass an in-yard driving test of all vehiclesMust be able to maneuver large vehicles including double decker's around facilityOperate fuel pumpATTENTION: This is a safety sensitive position as determined by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and requires inclusion in a random drug testing pool which determines the usage of prohibited substances, including recreational marijuana.Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status and all other protected classes.
