These multi-domainworkflow solutions seamlessly integrate Siemens' industry leading EDA and MCADtools that facilitate the architectural planning, physical design/verification,muti-die based electrical, thermal, mechanical stress analysis andmanufacturing test of advanced 2.5 and 3D System-in-Package (SIP) designs.Theprimary responsibility for this position will be in working with the 3D ICSolutions Engineering teams to develop scripts and/or solutions to automatemanual tasks and interface various tools with one another. An additional responsibilityis to implement an integrated data management and digital threading system tomanage the diverse set of IP, design kits, and design/analysis data included inthe workflows using commercial IP Life Cycle Management (IPL) commercialsoftware.Referencedesigns and test structures and/or customer designs will be used in thedevelopment, testing and validation of these workflows. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
