In this role, you will be responsible for:
Develop repeatable and reproducible assembly, inspection, and test instructions
Identify efficiency opportunities
Conduct technician training and certification
Lead effective root cause and corrective action activities both internally and with our suppliers
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Must be able to read/understand schematics
Design and documentation of circuit cards and assemblies to test production hardware
Ability to obtain a security clearance
