We have a company hiring urgently in Piedmont SC that has given us the authority to hire (3) production associates for 1st shift on the spot (for those who qualify) and schedule them to start ASAP! Starting pay: $18/hr (hoping to increase this soon) UPDATE: Contract to hire role (long term perm employees wanted)

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
(weekends and overtime as needed - Must be flexible to work Saturdays)
STRONG TAPE MEASURE skills + HAND TOOL experience is NEEDED in this role!
Manufacturing or construction experience
(Must be able to pass a national criminal background check & drug test to be considered)
Reliable transportation and steel-toed shoes/or boots are required.
This position is responsible for setting up, testing, adjusting manufacturing machinery, and completing the production of roofing materials.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Office Hours : We are open from
Monday to Thursday ,
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM . Our last walk-ins are accepted until
6:00 PM . Please plan your visit accordingly.
Testing : Depending on the position you are interested in, there may be in-office testing related to
math, tape measure skills, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills . If testing is required, the interview process may take up to an hour. We recommend that you come prepared to stay for
30 minutes to an hour .
