1st Line IT Support Engineer – Full Time
Farnfields Solicitors have an excellent opportunity for a full time permanent First Line IT Support Engineer to join our busy Administration Team at our Gillingham, North Dorset office.
What is the role?
Responsible for providing a broad range of 1st line IT support to staff across all offices and communicating directly with users on a daily basis providing proactive support and solutions. Providing effective day to day administration and support for all IT applications and technologies within the Firm, working with the IT Manager and Practice Director and other relevant stakeholders to identify and progress solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. The role is a central role supporting all departments in the Firm and you will escalate more complex IT issues to the IT Manager as appropriate. Championing continuous improvement is key and working smartly through the delivery and utilisation of technology.
