Job Description:

Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. This is a part-time position suitable for individuals with 6 years of experience in account management or related fields. The ideal candidate will possess a driven and energetic personality, along with strong people management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of client accounts remotely, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention- Provide support to clients regarding insurance products and services- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth- Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company- Lead and mentor a team of account support representatives- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery- Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community

Requirements:- 6 years of experience in account management or a related field- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)- Previous experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
