Job Description This role requires working independently in project management department supporting PV Assistants within the same department while performing and supporting Project Managers, Directors of Projects and Head of PM department in administrative tasks, including tracking, data retrieval, planning, document organization and archiving. Organization, coordination and delegation of administrative tasks Document organization Data retrieval and tracking for different purposes Maintaining the archive Preparing documents' drafts and/or final lay out, as applicable Organizing meetings and teleconferences Assisting the organization of Project Management department Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks, as applicable. Qualifications We expect:
