Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite with our client in Grapevine, TX. Interested?
Here's what you'd do: The successful candidate will manage all order processing, fulfillment, and customer services. Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers. Assist in generating reports. Work with different departments, such as receiving, depot, planning, and shipping, to fulfill customer requests promptly. Provide estimated delivery time if the request can't be made on time. Assist in verifying OSD & exception-handling cases to provide feedback to customers. Builds and maintains a positive work environment supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels. Keeps warehouse always organized and clean. Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture. Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates. Pay close attention to detail to identify order discrepancies and resolve issues with variances. Other duties as assigned. Here's what you'll get: Hours: 8/40 Hrs/Wk. Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service.   Minimum of 1-year experience in general office. Minimum of 1-year experience in Intermediate computer operating. Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Medium and above Excel skills for data analysis. Works well with a team and exhibits practical communication skills essential to providing instructions and suggestions about order processing flows to all associates, including management. Possesses explicit knowledge of computer ordering systems and can navigate and troubleshoot computer systems as necessary. Needs to be 'hands-on' with ambition and drive to succeed - 'Makes things happen.' Goal-oriented and must be accustomed to achieving results through teamwork. Minimum of 2 years speaking, reading, and writing in (English and Spanish).   Additional Information:
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment.   The warehouse's office and outside environmental conditions are hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Individuals may need to walk extensively while working and walking the facilities to reach over-shoulder heights, bend or stoop below the waist, and repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement. Lift and move trays up to 20 lbs.
