Title: (CMA) Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities: Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping patient care information confidential in accordance to HIPAA and other governing bodies Completing administrative and clinical task in the office and in the community Facilitate sharing of data with the individuals to whom it applies to facilitate partnered decision-making and to keep clients informed of progress Use patient data (e.g. as gleaned from standardized screenings and assessments, etc) to inform clinical decision-making and identify areas for improvement; use data to track patient progress over time Complete QI training during onboarding and participate in QI refresher training as needed Additional duties as assigned Updating and maintaining patient records through our electronic health record Gathering and recording patient information such as vital signs, weight, height, and medication and allergy lists Cleaning and preparing examination rooms prior to and after patient appointments and procedures Collecting and processing lab specimens and performing other clinical tasks as assigned Some positions may require willingness to learn how to scribe Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
