Job Description:

Aetna is seeking a dedicated and driven Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but the ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and be able to effectively persuade customers in chat interactions.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- Strong written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficiency in using chat support software- Excellent problem-solving abilities- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong attention to detail
