Job Description:
Mercedes-Benz is seeking a motivated and dedicated Call Center Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing them with exceptional customer service, and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding their Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
Responsibilities:- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers regarding their vehicles- Resolving customer concerns and escalations in a timely and efficient manner- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company's database- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment- Presentation skills for effectively communicating with customers
