Welding Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop new laser welding technology and produce test results and reports.Perform welding head, galvanometer, laser, and other laser equipment performance tests and generate test reports.Debug on-site laser processes, analyze and resolve process problems.Required Qualifications:Proficient in laser welding, laser cutting, and other processes.Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork; careful and meticulous work ethic with good communication and coordination skills.Experience with welding process implementation in a manufacturing environment.Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
