Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

TJX is seeking a passionate and driven Web Chat Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Web Chat Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution- Research and troubleshoot customer issues to provide accurate and helpful responses- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless online experience- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in a customer service role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service- Driven to exceed customer expectations and achieve company goals- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Experience with online chat platforms and CRM systems preferred
