Tesla is seeking a motivated and highly skilled Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Indianapolis, Indiana, US. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the Web Chat Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and respond to incoming web chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner2. Provide accurate and detailed information about Tesla products, services, and promotions3. Troubleshoot issues and problems reported by customers, escalate to relevant departments when necessary4. Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries5. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all communication channels6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system7. Stay up to date on Tesla products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers
